About the Real Hyundai Aero Space

The Hyundai Aero Space was produced by Hyundai Motor Company in South Korea between 1985 and 2006 as Hyundai's flagship intercity coach. The Aero Space LD short-wheelbase variant remained in production for international markets until around 2010, powered by the D6CA-38B POWERTEC 12.9-litre inline-six turbo diesel rated at roughly 280 kW (375 bhp), paired with a five-speed manual gearbox. Standard layouts seated 45 passengers across 11.6 metres, and Korean express operators ran overnight sleeper variants with bed-style berths on long-distance routes between Seoul, Busan, and Daegu. The Hyundai Universe took over as the successor coach platform from 2006.
