About the Real LAZ-695

The LAZ-695 was built by the Lviv Bus Factory (Львівський автобусний завод) in Lviv, Soviet Ukraine, with first production starting in 1956 and the final 695D variants leaving the line in 2002. Across more than four decades it became one of the most-produced city buses in the Soviet Union, with the 695N variant serving as the urban workhorse from the late 1970s through the 1990s.
