The SVaRZ-MAZ-6275 is a Russian low-floor urban trolleybus, body-built by Moscow's SVaRZ (Sokolniki Wagon Repair Plant) on the MAZ-103 chassis from Belarus's Minsk Automobile Plant. This Proton Bus Simulator mod brings the Moscow trolleybus into PBSU with authentic electric traction-motor audio, pneumatic-system soundscape and the overhead-wire-powered drivetrain that defined Moscow's electric urban transit for two decades. Designed to run under wires on dedicated trolleybus routes, the mod also functions as a standalone bus on non-wired maps.

About the Real SVaRZ-MAZ-6275

The SVaRZ-MAZ-6275 is a joint product between the Sokolniki Wagon Repair Plant (SVaRZ) of Moscow — the historic electric-traction vehicle repair facility that supplied the Moscow trolleybus network for decades — and the Minsk Automobile Plant (MAZ) of Belarus, which supplied the MAZ-103 low-floor urban bus chassis. The 6275 designation marks the trolleybus variant in MAZ's electric-vehicle nomenclature. Moscow operated one of the world's largest trolleybus systems from 1933 until 2020, when the city retired the last regular trolleybus routes in favor of battery-electric buses; the SVaRZ-MAZ-6275 was among the platforms that served the final decades of that system before retirement.
