The Marcopolo Paradiso GV 1150 was produced from 1992 to 2000 by Marcopolo S.A. in Caxias do Sul, Brazil, as one of the brand's premier long-distance highway coach bodies before the Geração 6 line succeeded it in 2000. The Mercedes-Benz O-371 RSD ("Rodoviário Standard Diesel") was an intercity road chassis produced in Brazil from the late 1980s through the late 1990s at the Campinas plant, paired with mid-mounted six-cylinder diesel engines and supplied to bodybuilders like Marcopolo and Busscar. The GV 1150 on O-371 RSD combination ran flagship sleeper and executive routes across Brazilian highways during the 1990s.
